Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary and emergency medical care to patients in remote clinical settings.
- Emergency Response: Utilize ER expertise to stabilize and manage acute medical emergencies until evacuation or referral.
- Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of the remote clinic, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are mission-ready.
- Patient Monitoring: Conduct regular health screenings, manage chronic conditions, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) protocols and RPM’s internal medical standards.
- Health Promotion: Conduct occupational health briefings and promote preventive medicine among site personnel.
🔹 Requirements:
- Licensing: Must hold an active DOH (Abu Dhabi) License or have successfully passed the DOH Examination.
- Clinical Experience: Proven hands-on experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting is mandatory.
- Education: MBBS or an equivalent recognized medical degree.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in remote/isolated locations for extended periods.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills; ability to interact with diverse nationalities.
- Certifications: Valid ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are highly preferred for emergency readiness.
