Early Years / Nursery Teacher – Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the British EYFS framework.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a warm, safe, and energetic environment for Pre-KG and Toddler groups.
• Child Development: Monitor and document each child’s progress, focusing on social, emotional, and physical milestones.
• Parental Engagement: Maintain professional and approachable communication with parents regarding child development and daily activities.
• Observation & Assessment: Conduct regular observations to tailor learning experiences to individual student needs and interests.
• Safeguarding: Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and child protection are maintained at all times.

🔹 Requirements:

• Qualification: CACHE Level 3 certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education.
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience working within a British EYFS-aligned educational setting.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills; must be a confident communicator with staff and parents.
• Soft Skills: Warm, energetic, and engaging personality with a creative, child-focused approach.
• Presence: Strong classroom presence with the ability to manage small groups of young children effectively.
• Availability: Ability to start in early January 2026 in Abu Dhabi.
