Open Positions:

  • Events Supervisor: Overseeing culinary logistics, setup, and service for high-profile events.
  • Junior Sous Chef: Assisting in kitchen management, menu execution, and team supervision.
  • Chef de Partie (CDP): Managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring consistent food quality.
  • Commis 1: Supporting senior chefs in daily prep and maintaining station standards.
  • Pastry Commis: Focusing on the preparation and plating of desserts and bakery items.

  • Operational Excellence: Deliver high-quality culinary experiences in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment.
  • Kitchen Standards: Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in line with Dubai Municipality regulations.

  • Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets the specific taste, presentation, and portion guidelines of the brand.
