Job Description / Role
Open Positions:
- Events Supervisor: Overseeing culinary logistics, setup, and service for high-profile events.
- Junior Sous Chef: Assisting in kitchen management, menu execution, and team supervision.
- Chef de Partie (CDP): Managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring consistent food quality.
- Commis 1: Supporting senior chefs in daily prep and maintaining station standards.
- Pastry Commis: Focusing on the preparation and plating of desserts and bakery items.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Deliver high-quality culinary experiences in a fast-paced, creative kitchen environment.
- Kitchen Standards: Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in line with Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Creativity & Improvement: Contribute to an innovative kitchen culture that encourages continuous learning and menu improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets the specific taste, presentation, and portion guidelines of the brand.
- Leadership: (For Supervisor/Sous Chef) Lead and mentor junior staff to foster professional growth.

- Education: Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a relevant vocational field.
