🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Promote medical products and equipment to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within assigned regions in Dubai.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and clinic managers.
  • Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active fieldwork and consistent client follow-ups.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver high-quality, technical presentations to medical staff, highlighting clinical benefits and product efficacy.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations and ethical marketing codes.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Market Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative specifically within the UAE.
  • Education: Academic background in Medical or Health Sciences (Bachelor’s degree or Diploma).
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for this role.
  • Mobility: Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel extensively for field visits.
  • Advantage: Hands-on experience with Orthopedic products will be considered a strong asset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a professional attitude.
