Resident Engineer – Dubai, UAE | A N T Engineering Consultants

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to approved quality standards and project schedules.
• Technical Review: Thoroughly review architectural/structural drawings, specifications, and construction methods to ensure total compliance with approved plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical discrepancies and site-related issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports and maintain meticulous project documentation for audit purposes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to UAE construction laws, municipality regulations, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and sign off on various stages of construction to maintain engineering excellence.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
• Consultancy Background: Mandatory prior experience working within an engineering consultancy firm.
• Industry Tenure: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in site supervision, structural inspections, and construction methodology.
• Communication: Excellent coordination and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) and other UAE-relevant construction regulations.
