Assistant Store Manager – Sharjah, UAE | Silver Star UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels across multiple locations and ensure timely replenishment to prevent operational delays.
• Material Handling: Oversee the proper storage, safe handling, and optimized placement of materials to maximize warehouse space.
• Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring full adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Documentation Mastery: Manage comprehensive records for stock-in/stock-out activities, including approvals, delivery notes, and sample tracking.
• Logistics Coordination: Support import and export stock handling, tracking movements and coordinating with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Returns Management: Handle returns and rejections accurately, ensuring all related documentation is completed to resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic operational reports and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving warehouse efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse operations within the UAE or GCC.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of inventory control systems and mandatory proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise and motivate a warehouse or store team effectively.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of import/export stock documentation and UAE logistics practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
• Soft Skills: Excellent coordination, problem-solving abilities, and professional communication skills.
