Job Description / Role
Current Openings:
- Business Development Manager: Responsible for high-level sales strategy, identifying strategic partnerships, and overseeing large-scale corporate accounts.
- Sales Executive: Focused on active lead generation, client pitching, and achieving individual monthly revenue targets through new account acquisition.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to expand Haznine’s market share across the UAE.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with tailored logistics solutions.
- Market Representation: Professionally represent Haznine’s services, including air/sea freight, land transport, and warehousing.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue growth objectives.
- Negotiation: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial inquiry and quotation to negotiation and final contract closure.
🔹 Requirements:
- Market Experience: Proven hands-on experience in business development or sales specifically within the UAE logistics market.
- Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, incoterms, and supply chain management.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE driving license (essential for client meetings and field sales).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
