Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Management: Manage and optimize leasing and sales advertisements across major property portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and aggressive market outreach.
- Telesales Activity: Conduct daily calls for market updates, client engagement, and systematic follow-ups to maintain a warm pipeline.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate viewings and meetings between prospective clients and property consultants.
- Transaction Closure: Convert both company-assigned and self-generated leads into successful leasing or sales transactions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s community developments, rental yields, and property laws to provide expert advice to clients.
🔹 Requirements:
- Market Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.
- Background: Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing is considered a significant advantage.
- Mindset: Highly sales-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in pitching and negotiation.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, confident attitude at all times.
