🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, real-time books of accounts and detailed financial records using Zoho.
• Inventory & COGS: Oversee inventory accounting, tracking Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and verifying supplier invoices against physical stock receipts.
• VAT Compliance: Handle all VAT calculations, document maintenance, and quarterly filings in strict accordance with UAE VAT laws.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
• Internal Audit: Conduct monthly audits of transactions and ensure rigorous documentation and record-keeping for all business expenses.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure optimal liquidity and vendor relationships.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE accounting experience, preferably within the retail or beauty sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Zoho accounting software, POS systems, and advanced MS Excel.
• Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and current UAE VAT regulations.
• Communication: Excellent professional email communication skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently to meet deadlines.
