Senior Store Keeper – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Eden Gardens LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of materials, including receiving, systematic storage, and controlled issuance to site teams.
• System Management: Utilize ERP systems or computerized inventory tools to maintain real-time accuracy of stock levels and registers.
• Material Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, including Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Request Forms (MRF), and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Site Coordination: Liaise closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and the Procurement department to prevent stock-outs of critical project materials.
• Stock Control: Implement and monitor stock movement procedures to minimize wastage and ensure accountability across multiple project sites.
• Accounts Collaboration: Coordinate with the accounts department to verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate valuation of project inventory.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Senior Store Keeper, with a strong preference for backgrounds in landscaping or construction.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of material receiving procedures, stock-keeping units (SKUs), and hazardous material storage.
• Software Proficiency: Functional working knowledge of ERP software and advanced MS Excel for data tracking.
• Soft Skills: Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to manage store operations independently.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Store Management.
• Availability: Priority will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
