Job Description / Role
Open Positions & 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Reservations Manager
- Yield Management: Oversee room inventory and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and occupancy.
- Operations: Coordinate the reservations team and ensure seamless booking processes across all OTA and direct channels.
2. Marketing Executive
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital promotions to drive brand awareness.
- Content: Manage social media presence and online reputation platforms.
3. Sales Coordinator
- Support: Provide administrative and reporting assistance to the sales leadership team.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for client coordination, drafting proposals, and managing corporate bookings.
4. Housekeeping Supervisor
- Quality Control: Supervise daily cleaning operations to ensure rooms meet the highest international luxury standards.
- Staff Leadership: Manage and train housekeeping staff, overseeing inventory of linens and room amenities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Background: Proven experience in the respective role within a professional hotel or hospitality environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams and manage departmental operations independently.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational mastery, and a “service-first” mindset.
- Location: Candidates must be UAE-based (currently residing in the UAE).
