🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Home Visits: Conduct professional home visits to provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
• Patient Assessment: Perform comprehensive physical and psychological assessments of patients in their home environment to detect changes in health status.
• Wound & Therapy Management: Manage specialized nursing tasks such as wound dressings, IV infusions, catheter care, and tracheostomy care.
• Care Planning: Collaborate with physicians and family members to implement and update personalized care plans tailored to the patient’s specific needs.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous and accurate electronic clinical documentation for every visit, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Health Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, hygiene, and nutrition to support long-term recovery at home.

🔹 Requirements:

• Licensing: Must possess an Active DHA or MOH nursing license as a Registered Nurse.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in a home healthcare or community nursing setting is highly preferred.
• Visa Status: Candidates with their own visa (Freelance/Spouse/Parent) are preferred.
• Clinical Expertise: Strong hands-on clinical knowledge and the ability to operate medical equipment independently.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and a patient-focused approach to care.
• Documentation: Proven ability to manage clinical records with high attention to detail and professional accuracy.
