🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Documentation: Produce complete and detailed interior fit-out technical drawing packages, including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and joinery details.
  • Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively with Architectural, Structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to ensure design consistency and clash-free drawings.
  • Project Lifecycle Support: Support high-rise residential and commercial developments from the design development phase through to the construction documentation stage.
  • Design Accuracy: Review and verify drawings for technical accuracy, ensuring all details comply with UAE building codes and the developer’s standards.
  • BIM Integration: Utilize AutoCAD (Mandatory) and potentially Revit/BIM tools to enhance the efficiency and collaborative nature of the design process.
  • Quality Control: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy while working independently under tight project deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience specifically in interior design drafting, with a focus on high-rise residential and commercial sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of Revit or BIM tools is considered a significant advantage.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret complex Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Tagalog and English is required for effective team communication.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to deliver high-quality technical packages independently.
