Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Front-Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage professional check-ins, and issue visitor passes in strict accordance with HSE and site security guidelines.
- Logistics Coordination: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sensitive mail, couriers, and high-priority packages.
- Access & Scheduling: Coordinate site access, schedule technical meetings, and manage complex calendars using Google Workspace and MS Outlook.
- Document Control: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily retrievable for audits.
- Administrative Support: Assist internal departments with data entry, report preparation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), and general operational inquiries.
- Compliance: Ensure all daily office activities comply with company procedures, safety protocols, and corporate best practices.
🔹 Requirements:
- Sector Experience: Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector or an industrial/construction working environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for scheduling and database management.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of discretion and confidentiality regarding corporate and employee data.
- Agility: Ability to multitask effectively and maintain accuracy within a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
