🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring seamless coordination between medical and administrative departments.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff performance, manage complex scheduling, and optimize clinical workflows to increase patient throughput.
• Patient Experience: Implement and monitor quality standards to enhance the patient journey, from initial reception to post-consultation follow-up.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all DHA regulations, healthcare policies, and international safety standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor clinic budgets, manage medical inventory, and oversee billing accuracy and insurance claim efficiency.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the clinic environment remains professional, hygienic, and fully equipped to provide high-quality care.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in clinic or healthcare facility management specifically within the UAE.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (Spoken & Written) and strong proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of DHA (Dubai Health Authority) compliance standards and UAE healthcare laws.
• Leadership: Exceptional team management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and motivate a diverse medical team.
