Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Greet clients, visitors, and business partners in a welcoming and professional manner, acting as the first point of contact.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; manage all general office emails and correspondence with accuracy.
- Executive Support: Coordinate and manage complex appointment calendars for Company Directors.
- Admin & Finance Support: Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic financial tasks including invoicing and contract management.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage office supply inventories and coordinate driver schedules to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Office Standards: Ensure the reception area remains pristine and professional at all times, maintaining a high level of discretion.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role within a professional office setting.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Attributes: High level of integrity, professional discretion, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
