Finance Controller – Abu Dhabi, UAE | NCC Abu Dhabi

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic MIS & Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) and high-level reports for senior leadership.
• Financial Consolidation: Lead the consolidation of financial data across business units to prepare accurate and insightful board-level reports.
• Planning & Forecasting: Direct all budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term planning activities to ensure organizational growth and stability.
• Commercial Evaluation: Review and evaluate commercial submissions for accuracy, technical compliance, and financial feasibility.
• Receivables Management: Monitor accounts receivable closely and participate in strategic client meetings to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Compliance & Control: Implement and oversee internal financial controls to maintain the integrity of all financial operations and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Certification: Must be a qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA (Chartered Accountant or equivalent).
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and reporting skills with the ability to communicate financial complexities to non-finance stakeholders.
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given strong preference.
• Analytical Depth: Proven ability in financial planning, data consolidation, and commercial review.
• Integrity: High level of professional integrity and a detail-oriented approach to complex financial data.
