Storekeeper (Aesthetic Clinic) – Al Ain, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Specialized Receiving: Receive, inspect, and safely store aesthetic supplies including dermal fillers, injectables, and high-end skincare products.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain real-time accurate records and conduct frequent routine stock counts to prevent discrepancies.
• Compliance & Safety: Monitor expiry dates and batch numbers rigorously to ensure full compliance with healthcare safety standards.
• Cold Chain Management: Ensure temperature-sensitive items are stored under strict climate-controlled conditions as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Stock Coordination: Work closely with procurement and management to avoid stockouts of critical clinic consumables and equipment.
• Waste Management: Oversee the proper disposal or return of damaged or expired items according to clinic and DOH protocols.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Storekeeper specifically within a Medical, Dermatology, or Aesthetic clinic.
• Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with aesthetic consumables, injectables, and surgical medical supplies.
• Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of DOH (Department of Health) regulations regarding medical storage and documentation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain a highly organized storage environment.
• Availability: Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate availability are preferred.
