Assistant Engineer (PQ & Technical) – Dubai, UAE | Penta Global Engineering

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• PQ Documentation: Prepare, compile, and review comprehensive Pre-Qualification (PQ) dossiers to ensure the company meets all tender requirements.
• Technical Submittals: Manage the lifecycle of technical submittals, including Method Statements and Material Submittals, from creation to final approval.
• Compliance Oversight: Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants to ensure all submissions align with international technical standards.
• Tendering Support: Provide technical documentation assistance to the tendering and project execution teams to facilitate smooth project kick-offs.
• Client Alignment: Ensure all technical documentation accurately reflects client specifications and specific project requirements.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a technical liaison between various departments to maintain documentation consistency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or a relevant discipline).
• Expertise: Prior experience in Pre-Qualification (PQ) documentation and technical coordination is highly preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering standards, material specifications, and formal submission procedures.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional documentation management, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to review complex technical documents for accuracy and compliance with client mandates.
