Quality Control Manager (Food Manufacturing) – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE | Italfood

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic QC Oversight: Lead all quality control operations for daily food production, specifically focusing on cheese and butter manufacturing lines.
• Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and mentor the Quality Control team to ensure rigorous adherence to SOPs and production standards.
• Audit Management: Independently handle all internal and external audits, municipal inspections, and comprehensive quality documentation.
• Compliance Systems: Maintain and improve QA/QC systems in line with HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 requirements.
• Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for staff on hygiene practices, food safety protocols, and operational SOPs.
• Reporting: Report directly to senior management on all QC matters, providing data-driven insights to improve production quality.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing within the UAE.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in daily food production; previous experience in cheese and butter manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Certifications: Mandatory certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, compliance standards, and laboratory testing procedures.
• Mobility: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
• Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are currently in the UAE and can join immediately.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or Quality Management.
