🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-value relationships with B2B clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct professional presentations and client meetings to promote diverse travel products and specialized services.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Client Retention: Follow up diligently with clients to ensure high conversion rates and long-term satisfaction.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for all booked travel arrangements.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience specifically in B2B travel sales within the UAE.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE travel and tourism market dynamics and competitor landscape.
  • Account Management: Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow agent and corporate accounts.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills in English.
  • Mindset: Highly target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
