• Strategic Establishment: Lead the end-to-end setup, development, and operational launch of the specialized Equine Hospital facility.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring the highest standards of medical care, animal welfare, and strict safety protocols.
• Human Capital Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle for specialized staff, oversee performance evaluations, and implement advanced training programs.
• Financial Oversight: Drive financial planning, including comprehensive budgeting, rigorous cost control, and the achievement of revenue targets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility maintains 100% compliance with UAE veterinary regulations and legislative requirements.
• Facility & Asset Management: Supervise the procurement and maintenance of advanced medical equipment and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with high-profile clients, partners, and regional equine stakeholders.
