🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Support: Assist senior architects during the conceptual and schematic design phases to bring creative visions to life.
  • 3D Modeling: Develop, edit, and refine complex 3D models using Rhino to support design exploration and visualization.
  • Design Development: Support the technical coordination of projects, providing assistance in the refinement of architectural details.
  • Visual Communication: Prepare high-quality design studies, diagrams, and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Drafting & Coordination: Assist with basic architectural drawings in AutoCAD and manage internal design coordination tasks.
  • Innovation Integration: Actively explore the integration of AI tools into design and visualization workflows to improve efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience within a consultancy or design studio.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Rhino is mandatory; knowledge of Grasshopper for parametric design is a major advantage.
  • Software Suite: Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Visualization: Experience with rendering tools such as Lumion or D5 Render.
  • AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability or willingness to use AI-driven tools in architectural visualization and design processes.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to professional learning.
