Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcoming: Provide a warm, professional, and friendly greeting to all guests upon arrival at the restaurant or coffee shop.
- Table Management: Oversee the seating plan and manage table rotations effectively to ensure a smooth flow of service and minimal wait times.
- Reservation Handling: Manage guest bookings via phone or digital platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and special request tracking.
- Communication: Act as a bilingual bridge for guests, utilizing Arabic and English to handle inquiries and provide information about the menu or venue.
- Queue Coordination: Manage guest waiting lists during peak hours with a calm and confident attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supportive Role: Coordinate with the serving staff and management to maintain the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the entrance area.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in the Arabic language (Verbal); strong English communication is also required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess specifically within a restaurant or coffee shop setting.
- Availability: Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
- Attributes: Highly presentable, professional, and confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Education: Diploma, Degree, or relevant vocational certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
