Internal Audit Professional – Dubai, UAE | MBG Corporate Services

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Engagement: Deliver high-quality internal audit engagements across complex business operations, with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector.
• Risk Management: Strengthen risk management frameworks through detailed Risk Assessments and the development of robust Risk Control Matrices (RCM).
• Compliance Testing: Conduct rigorous control testing for ICoFR and SOX compliance, identifying gaps and recommending remediation strategies.
• Process Evaluation: Execute comprehensive audit testing and gap analysis across Procurement, Sales, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and Inventory.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present sophisticated audit findings and MIS reports to senior management and client stakeholders.
• Governance Enhancement: Support clients in enhancing corporate governance and internal control environments to drive operational performance.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on internal audit experience, ideally from a Consulting or Professional Services background.
• Technical Expertise: Practical exposure to control testing, gap analysis, and the development of Risk Control Matrices.
• Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (P2P, O2C, Payroll, Fixed Assets).
• Certifications: Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, CIA, or an MBA in Finance is highly preferred.
• Industry Focus: Prior experience or familiarity with the Oil & Gas industry is a distinct advantage.
• Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
