Store Manager – Dubai (DIP 2), UAE | Brain Freeze UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily store activities at the DIP 2 branch, including sales performance monitoring and inventory control.
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a specialized sales team to meet and exceed service and revenue objectives.
• Technical Consultancy: Provide expert guidance to customers on construction material specifications and interior design applications.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between contractors, interior designers, and suppliers to facilitate complex project requirements.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and visual displays reflect high interior design standards and brand identity.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock replenishment cycles and manage operational costs to maintain branch profitability.
• Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Solid background in retail management with specific experience in construction materials or interior design sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Interior Design, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team and drive high standards of professional conduct and customer service.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building materials, architectural finishes, or interior solutions is essential.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective coordination with professional contractors and designers.
• Eligibility: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE to be considered.
