Information Systems / IT Support Engineer – Dubai, UAE | Jereh Group

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Oversight: Manage the daily operation and preventative maintenance of internal ERP and Office Automation (OA) platforms to ensure zero downtime.
• Technical Support: Resolve complex system issues, manage functional configurations, and provide expert assistance to end-users across departments.
• Project Lifecycle: Participate in system upgrades and implementations, including coding support, UAT (testing), and post-go-live technical troubleshooting.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify technical gaps and implement system-wide improvements to enhance corporate operational efficiency.
• Knowledge Management: Develop comprehensive operation manuals and conduct technical training sessions for staff to ensure system proficiency.
• Data Management: Utilize SQL and PL/SQL to manage database queries and maintain system data integrity.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• Core Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level information system operations (ERP, OA, or PLM).
• Coding Ability: Capable of reading and understanding code in Java, PL/SQL, or Python for development support.
• Database Skills: Solid knowledge of mainstream database concepts with the ability to write advanced SQL queries.
• Soft Skills: Strong communicative ability, collaborative mindset, and a fast learner dedicated to meeting strict project deadlines.
• Bonus: Proficiency in the Chinese language is considered a significant advantage for this role.
