Job Description / Role
Open Positions:
- Homeroom Teacher – Year 1: Lead a primary classroom, delivering the core British Curriculum with an emphasis on foundational literacy and numeracy. *(Immediate Start)*
- Arabic Early Years Teacher: Introduce the Arabic language to our youngest learners through play-based and interactive methodologies. *(Immediate Start)*
- School Counselor: Provide vital emotional, social, and academic support to students, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the British National Curriculum standards.
- Student Assessment: Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to parents and school leadership.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment conducive to student development.
- Wellbeing Support: (For Counselor) Implement school-wide wellbeing initiatives and provide individual or group counseling sessions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all teaching practices and documentation align with KHDA and Ministry of Education requirements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: At least one year of teaching experience in a British Curriculum School (UAE experience is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Education or the specific subject area relevant to the role.
- Language: Absolute fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory.
- Availability: Candidates must be able to start immediately; those serving notice periods will not be considered at this stage.
- Legal Clearance: Visit visa holders must provide a recent police clearance certificate from their home country.
- Approvals: All appointments are subject to KHDA and Ministry of Labor approvals.
