🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the complete product lifecycle for digital wallets, payment systems, and rewards programs—from discovery and MVP to global scale.
• Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a long-term product vision that aligns with market trends and business growth objectives in the financial sector.
• Compliance Integration: Collaborate closely with KYC, AML, and regulatory teams to ensure all financial products meet UAE central bank and international standards.
• Data-Driven Innovation: Utilize experimentation, user insights, and performance analytics to drive product optimization and user retention.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing to deliver intuitive and secure digital financial experiences.
• Growth & Scalability: Monitor market feedback and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for embedded finance and new revenue streams.

🔹 Requirements:

• Domain Expertise: Mandatory proven background in the Financial Services or FinTech industry.
• Product Success: Demonstrated experience delivering and scaling high-traffic digital products (Payments, Wallets, or Banking Apps).
• Regulatory Fluency: Strong understanding of financial compliance requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) workflows.
• Analytical Skills: Expert ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, actionable user stories and data-driven product decisions.
• Visa Status: Must hold a valid UAE Resident Visa to be considered for this position.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
