🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Actively manage and develop an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and activity.
  • Volume Growth: Build deep relationships with traders to encourage higher deposits and increased trading volumes within the Forex markets.
  • Retention Strategy: Implement proactive engagement cycles to minimize churn and maximize the lifetime value of each client.
  • CRM Optimization: Utilize CRM platforms to meticulously monitor client behavior, trading performance, and sales progress.
  • Market Insights: Regularly provide clients with timely market updates and trading opportunities to stimulate platform interaction.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed rigorous daily, weekly, and monthly sales and retention KPIs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Domain Experience: Prior experience in Forex trading, financial sales, or account management is essential.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven background in relationship-based sales with strong negotiation and “closing” abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using professional CRM systems to track sales pipelines and client data.
  • Communication: Confident, persuasive communication style with a results-oriented approach.
  • Mindset: A target-driven individual who thrives under the pressure of a performance-based sales floor.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Finance, Business, or a related field.
