Branch Supervisor – Dubai & Al Ain | Jays

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Take full ownership of daily operations for branches in Dubai and Al Ain, ensuring seamless service and product flow.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a diverse team of 10 or more staff members, maintaining high levels of discipline and productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict company standards regarding customer service, product handling (cakes/flowers), and branch presentation.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels meticulously, conducting regular audits and reporting any variances or discrepancies to Head Office.
• Workforce Planning: Prepare optimized staff schedules and perform regular appraisals to address performance gaps or operational challenges.
• Policy Implementation: Effectively roll out company systems, SOPs, and operational procedures across all assigned locations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory for this position.
• Leadership Tenure: 3–5 years of solid experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Industry Expertise: Previous experience in F&B, Cakes, Flowers, or Luxury Retail is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory); good command of English is also required.
• Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution abilities, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of working under high pressure.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using modern branch management software and POS systems.
