Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive customer interaction and strategic account management.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze customer preferences to recommend tailored fashion and apparel collections that align with market demand.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead price discussions, manage high-level negotiations, and oversee the successful closure of sales deals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous sales records and provide regular performance updates to the management team.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor regional fashion trends, competitor movements, and upcoming product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of solid sales experience, specifically within the fashion, apparel, or textile industry.
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with a results-focused mindset.
- Market Awareness: Familiarity with the UAE retail landscape and consumer behavior is a strong advantage.
- Professionalism: Highly organized with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail or B2B sales environment.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with international fashion brands or large-scale apparel distributors.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Business, Fashion Management, or Marketing.
