Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients and property leads to introduce real estate opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Qualify potential buyers and sellers, effectively arranging appointments for the senior real estate sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous client records, call logs, and follow-up schedules to ensure no lead goes cold.
- Sales Support: Provide a consistent flow of high-quality leads to support the daily activities and revenue goals of the sales department.
- Target Achievement: Work rigorously towards assigned daily and monthly call and appointment targets.
- Brand Representation: Communicate the company’s ethical business practices and market expertise with professional confidence.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience; previous telesales or real estate experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with mandatory fluency in English.
- Mindset: A target-driven, resilient, and professional attitude with a passion for sales conversations.
- Attributes: Ability to multitask and maintain high energy levels in a fast-paced, performance-focused office environment.
- Availability: Priority will be given to candidates available to join immediately.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
