Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Invoicing: Prepare, manage, and audit daily reports and invoicing records to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
- Office Coordination: Lead general office management and provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the technical and sales teams.
- Document Management: Establish and maintain robust filing systems and internal record-keeping protocols for physical and digital documents.
- Digital Correspondence: Utilize MS Word and Excel for high-accuracy data entry, routine reporting, and professional business correspondence.
- Management Support: Act as a reliable assistant to the management team, handling routine tasks and scheduling as required to optimize office workflow.
🔹 Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for reporting and documentation.
- Organizational Ability: Proven skills in managing office filing systems and maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Execution: Ability to manage multiple office tasks independently with a proactive and efficient mindset.
- Communication: Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills to facilitate internal and external coordination.
- Preferred Profile: Female candidates are preferred for this role; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holders are highly encouraged to apply.
