🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Invoicing: Prepare, manage, and audit daily reports and invoicing records to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
  • Office Coordination: Lead general office management and provide essential day-to-day administrative support to the technical and sales teams.
  • Document Management: Establish and maintain robust filing systems and internal record-keeping protocols for physical and digital documents.
  • Digital Correspondence: Utilize MS Word and Excel for high-accuracy data entry, routine reporting, and professional business correspondence.
  • Management Support: Act as a reliable assistant to the management team, handling routine tasks and scheduling as required to optimize office workflow.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential for reporting and documentation.
  • Organizational Ability: Proven skills in managing office filing systems and maintaining an orderly workspace.
  • Execution: Ability to manage multiple office tasks independently with a proactive and efficient mindset.
  • Communication: Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills to facilitate internal and external coordination.
