Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including structured onboarding for new joiners and professional offboarding processes.
- Employee Documentation: Maintain meticulous digital and physical employee records, contracts, and HR databases to ensure 100% audit readiness.
- Staff Welfare: Oversee attendance tracking, leave administration, and support the management of staff accommodation and transportation.
- Payroll & Visas: Provide accurate data inputs for payroll and coordinate visa-related processes in compliance with government regulations.
- Manpower Planning: Support department heads with manpower reporting and planning to ensure optimal staffing levels across hotel operations.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR activities strictly adhere to UAE Labor Laws, hotel policies, and professional hospitality standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Admin Officer or in a similar role within the Hospitality/Hotel industry is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of HRIS (HR Information Systems), employee databases, and advanced MS Office skills.
- Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and hotel-specific compliance standards.
- Communication: Professional etiquette in email and interpersonal communication, with the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment.
