Site Accountant – Al Ain, UAE | Yas Projects LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Site Record Management: Maintain comprehensive accounting records for on-site materials, labor hours, and operational expenses.
• Inventory & GRN: Rigorously monitor material usage and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) against physical stock movements and delivery notes.
• Cash Control: Manage site-level petty cash, process advances, and perform weekly expense reconciliations.
• Subcontractor Billing: Track subcontractor invoices, verify work completion certifications, and maintain all supporting financial documentation.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly site cost reports, coordinating with the Head Office for supplier payments.
• Compliance: Support UAE VAT documentation requirements and ensure all timesheets and invoices are audit-ready.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Mandatory Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically as a Site Accountant in the UAE construction industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction cost control, site operations, and UAE VAT regulations.
• ERP Skills: Proficiency in systems such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle is highly preferred.
• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority in the selection process.
• License: A valid UAE driving license is considered a significant advantage for site-based coordination.
