🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons aligned with the American Curriculum and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
• Subject Specialization: Teach core sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) alongside specialized courses such as Environmental Science and Forensic Science.
• Laboratory Management: Design and supervise hands-on laboratory experiments, ensuring strict adherence to lab safety protocols and inquiry-based learning.
• Student Engagement: Utilize diverse instructional strategies to engage students of varying abilities, fostering critical thinking and scientific literacy.
• Assessment & Reporting: Implement formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, providing detailed feedback to students and parents.
• Classroom Leadership: Maintain effective classroom management and contribute to the school’s extracurricular activities and science fairs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to effectively teach specialized topics like Environmental Science and Forensic Science.
• Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with the American educational system and standards-based grading.
• Soft Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit for teamwork.
