🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the installation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of network devices, IP phones, and critical network infrastructure.
  • Data Security: Manage and verify backups of all databases and critical files to ensure 100% data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Access Control: Maintain secured access for biometrics, CCTV recordings, access doors, and specialized hardware like barcode printers and hand-held terminals.
  • End-User Support: Provide first-level functional and technical support for hardware, O365, SharePoint, and core software applications.
  • Security Management: Administer firewall policies, email security protocols, and end-point protection to safeguard the organizational network.
  • Documentation: Log all support requests and resolutions accurately to analyze system performance and identify recurring technical trends.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of practical experience in IT infrastructure or technical support roles.
  • Networking Skills: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, and WLAN/LAN configurations.
  • Security Focus: Proficiency in firewall management and end-point security; certifications in these domains are highly preferred.
  • Technical Breadth: Exposure to Windows/Cloud servers and familiarity with ERP/Warehouse Management systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving hardware and software bottlenecks.
