Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handover Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison for unit owners during the final property handover stages, ensuring all documentation and approvals are in order.
- After-Sales Liaison: Manage post-purchase customer interactions professionally across multiple channels, including face-to-face meetings and digital correspondence.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with the technical, legal, and finance departments to resolve snagging issues, payment discrepancies, or registration delays.
- Relationship Management: Proactively address customer feedback and escalations to maintain high satisfaction scores and protect the developer’s reputation.
- Process Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, handover certificates, and snagging reports within the CRM system.
- Operational Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to title deed applications, DEWA/Chiller registrations, and community management orientations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory proven experience in the Dubai Real Estate industry, specifically with a property developer in a handover or after-sales capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to communicate complex procedural information clearly to diverse investors.
- Professional Image: Highly presentable personality with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the interpersonal tact required to handle high-pressure customer escalations.
- Preference: Female candidates are preferred based on the current team structure and project requirements.
