Manager – Finance – Dubai, UAE | Busy Associates

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling activities to ensure organizational stability.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with international standards.
• Treasury & Cash Flow: Oversee sophisticated cash flow management strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization remains in full compliance with UAE financial regulations, including VAT and corporate tax requirements.
• Team Supervision: Direct core accounting functions, including the general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and multi-level reconciliations.
• Audit & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and consultants, ensuring smooth audit cycles and internal control integrity.

🔹 Requirements:

• Qualification: Must be a CA (Chartered Accountant) Qualified professional or a CA Finalist.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in senior finance or accounting roles.
• Technical Mastery: Strong command of IFRS, internal control frameworks, and advanced financial analysis techniques.
• Relocation: Candidates must be currently based in Karachi, Pakistan, and be fully willing and able to relocate to Dubai for a long-term role.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and communicate complex financial insights to non-finance senior management.
• Advantage: Prior experience with UAE-based clients or knowledge of the UAE Corporate Tax and VAT landscape is highly beneficial.
