🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Salon Partnerships: Conduct regular field visits to assigned salon accounts to manage relationships and support their business growth.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new salon partnerships to expand the brand’s market reach in Dubai.
  • Product Education: Deliver technical product trainings and live demonstrations to salon professionals, ensuring they master the brand’s application techniques.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the order cycle, ensuring timely replenishment of products and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Brand Advocacy: Deliver persuasive brand presentations to salon owners, highlighting the commercial benefits of the product portfolio.
  • Market Feedback: Monitor competitor activity and salon trends to provide actionable insights to the management team.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Industry Background: Mandatory prior experience in the hair, beauty, or professional distribution industry.
  • Sales Track Record: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales-focused or business development role.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Technical Bonus: A background as a hairdresser, trainer, or educator is highly welcomed and will be a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term rapport with salon owners and creative professionals.
  • Education: Estimated Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder, or equivalent professional experience.
