Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive real estate inquiries.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor ad sets, adjusting bids, audiences, and creative assets to maximize ROI and lower the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Lead Quality Management: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze lead quality and refine targeting parameters based on real-world conversion data.
- Budget Administration: Manage monthly advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across various property listings and projects.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous split-testing for ad copy, landing pages, and lead forms to identify the most effective conversion drivers.
- Data Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and data-backed recommendations to management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Hands-on Expertise: 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience specifically in social media buying and performance-driven digital marketing.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video).
- Sector Experience: Prior exposure to Real Estate marketing campaigns in the UAE is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE property market trends and regional buyer behaviors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into strategic campaign adjustments.
