Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Coordination: Execute and track end-to-end visa processing, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations via government portals.
- Document Control: Maintain a highly structured digital and physical filing system for employee records, Emirates IDs, and corporate trade licenses.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage HR trackers, attendance logs, and prepare periodic administrative reports for management.
- Operational Support: Coordinate daily HR activities such as onboarding documentation, medical insurance enrollments, and leave tracking.
- Office Administration: Provide general support including managing correspondence, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company administrative policies.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation is handled with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in line with UAE data protection standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in HR administrative functions, with specific expertise in UAE visa processing.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and high-level document management capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attributes: Exceptionally well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a smart-working/remote setup.
- Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate onboarding.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and handle sensitive records with discretion.
