Job Description / Role
๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
- Inquiry Resolution: Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure first-call resolution.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within internal CRM systems.
- Active Listening: Utilize advanced listening techniques to fully comprehend customer issues and provide tailored, effective solutions.
- Target Achievement: Support team goals by maintaining high service levels and managing call durations effectively.
๐น Requirements:
- Trilingual Fluency: Mandatory proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam to support a diverse customer base.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a call center or professional customer service environment.
- Education: Bachelorโs Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with fast and accurate typing and data entry capabilities.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
- Profile Preference: Female candidates aged between 25โ35 years are preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work 6 days a week with flexible shift timings as per business requirements.
