  • Target Achievement: Support team goals by maintaining high service levels and managing call durations effectively.

  • Trilingual Fluency: Mandatory proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam to support a diverse customer base.
  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a call center or professional customer service environment.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with fast and accurate typing and data entry capabilities.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and a patient, customer-centric attitude.
  • Profile Preference: Female candidates aged between 25โ€“35 years are preferred.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work 6 days a week with flexible shift timings as per business requirements.
