Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Target Achievement: Execute aggressive field sales activities to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Market Presence: Conduct regular retail visits to ensure maximum product visibility, optimal shelf placement, and stock availability.
- Customer Relations: Build and nurture sustainable, long-term relationships with retail partners, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to company-approved pricing structures, promotional activities, and commercial policies.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor movements, pricing strategies, and new product launches within the territory.
- Reporting: Provide actionable market insights and feedback to senior management to refine distribution and sales strategies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated drive in sales; prior experience in the FMCG or beverage sector is a distinct advantage.
- Education: Estimated Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder, or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Attributes: Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a competitive, target-driven market.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reporting market data and utilizing basic sales tracking tools.
- Mobility: Ability to conduct extensive field visits across assigned territories in Dubai.
