🔹 Open Positions & Focus Areas:

• Front Office Manager: Oversight of guest check-ins, front-desk staffing, and property management systems.
• Head Chef: Culinary leadership, menu engineering, and kitchen operational management.
• Sales Coordinator: Supporting the sales team with revenue tracking, lead management, and client liaison.
• Marketing & Executive Assistant: Managing brand presence and providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: Maintain and elevate the hotel’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate closely across departments to ensure a frictionless experience for long-stay and short-stay guests.
• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively manage guest feedback and implement service recovery strategies where necessary.
• Performance Monitoring: (For Managers) Track departmental KPIs, including ADR, RevPAR, and food cost percentages.
• Team Integration: Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture that prioritizes professional ethics and punctuality.

🔹 Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Proven hands-on experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• UAE Exposure: Prior work experience within the UAE hospitality sector is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle responsibilities efficiently in a fast-moving, high-pressure work environment.
• Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant professional certification in Hospitality Management.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage for front-facing roles.
