Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day human resources functions, ensuring seamless delivery of employee services and administrative support.
- Compliance & Policy: Implement and update HR policies in strict accordance with the latest UAE Labor Regulations and Healthcare Authority standards.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-caliber medical and administrative professionals.
- Employee Relations: Act as a strategic bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Coordinate annual appraisal cycles, identifying training needs and supporting career development pathways.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain audit-ready HR records, ensuring all medical staff licenses and certifications are current and documented.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Mandatory Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MSW, or PGDBM).
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of robust HR experience; prior UAE experience is compulsory.
- Sector Expertise: Experience in the Healthcare sector is highly preferred due to specialized compliance needs.
- Notice Period: Must be able to join within a maximum notice period of one month.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of MOHRE laws, employee engagement strategies, and HRIS platforms.
