🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide a personalized shopping experience by assisting customers with product selection, fit, and styling advice.
• Sales Floor Management: Maintain the visual appeal of the store through effective product displays and ensuring shelves are consistently replenished.
• Cashiering Operations: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash, card payments, and processing returns or exchanges.
• Inventory Control: Assist in stock counts, receiving shipments, and tagging merchandise to ensure high inventory accuracy.
• Promotional Support: Actively promote store offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
• Store Standards: Ensure the shop floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas meet the brand’s high cleanliness and organizational standards.

🔹 Requirements:

• Attributes: Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated with a “can-do” positive attitude.
• Experience: Prior experience in a retail sales or cashiering role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to engage a diverse customer base.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Basic mathematical skills for cashiering and a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
