Job Description / Role
🔹 Open Administrative Positions:

- Admission Officer: Handling student enrollments, inquiries, and parent relations.
- Receptionist: Front-desk management and serving as the first point of contact for the school.
- School Doctor: Providing medical oversight and ensuring student health and safety compliance.
- Civil Engineer: Managing school infrastructure projects and facility maintenance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Ensure the smooth functioning of school departments in alignment with academic goals.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to UAE educational authority (KHDA) standards and school policies.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and professional interpersonal coordination between staff, parents, and students.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records relevant to your specific department (e.g., medical files, HR files, or admission data).
- Team Integration: Contribute positively to a collaborative environment focused on student success and operational efficiency.

- Experience: Mandatory relevant professional experience in the specific position applied for.
