Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Standards Enforcement: Maintain and monitor strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000 food safety standards throughout the production cycle.
- On-Floor Inspection: Conduct hands-on quality checks across the production floor and cold storage units to ensure material integrity and hygiene.
- Compliance Monitoring: Verify that all food production activities meet both company quality benchmarks and local food safety regulations.
- Shift Coordination: Manage quality oversight across various shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24/7 safety consistency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality tests, temperature logs, and compliance audits for regulatory review.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and report deviations in the production process, implementing corrective actions to prevent quality failures.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing or quality control roles.
- Knowledge: Practical understanding of international food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000).
- Environment: Ability and willingness to work in cold-area environments and handle physically active production-floor duties.
- Language: Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred for team communication.
- Availability: Must be currently available in the UAE and open to working flexible shifts and weekends.
